From our first call to your first sweat. We are here for it all.

You are always welcome to visit us at our showroom where you can meet our team and even try one of our saunas before you buy! We also encourage everyone to visit our workshop so you can see where your sauna will be built.

If you are from out of town please reach out and we will host you at our Airbnb, plan a private sauna session and treat you to a dinner at one of our favourite local spots.

Our showroom hours are Wednesday to Saturday, 10am to 3pm, or by appointment.

Each project starts with a discovery call with our founder Mike where you talk about your sauna dreams, use case, site details, and customizations.

After each discovery call we will schedule an IRL or virtual site visit so that we can start planning how your sauna will be delivered and installed.

Most of our clients receive their saunas fully constructed and they will be placed with either a crane, our tilt and load trailer, or our sauna dolly.

This is where we confirm in writing the sauna design that you are going with, timelines, and cost.

Once we have a clear vision of your project, someone from our team will be in touch with any trades that are required for your project: electricians, landscapers, or designers. We share all build, base, and electrical specifications so that everything runs smoothly.

If a crane is required we will send out for a local operator to see the site and provide a quote.

Once your sauna is nearing completion, we will schedule delivery with you and ensure that all other aspects for moving the sauna into its final location are in place. We keep clear communication throughout your build so that you can plan around delivery and schedule your first sweat.
