Things you should know

  1. Can I try one first?

    Yes! Visit our showroom Tuesday to Saturday from 10 to 3, or come to a community sauna day at the Sauna Garden. You should also read about the Sip Experience if you happen to be visiting from out of town.

  2. Wood burning or electric?

    Every model comes in both. Wood is common for more recreational sites. Electric is more common at home.

  3. Can you build something custom?

    Yes! We can design from the ground up with you! We can also adapt the layout, colour, dimensions and windows of any model you see on our site.

  4. Do you deliver and install?

    We like to handle the delivery and installation of all our saunas. We’ve sent saunas across the continent in every way you can imagine. Craned them twenty storeys up to tower rooftops, and closed entire streets when the job required. We can build on site too. You can have your Sip anywhere.

  5. Do you take on commercial projects?

    Yes. We build for spas, hotels and wellness spaces, and we consult on larger commercial sauna projects.

  6. I made my deposit, now what?

    We always encourage reserving your spot in our build cycle. We will be in touch within one business day to discuss your sauna needs. You can still change your desired model and other details after you make your deposit. If you ultimately decide to not go with Sip, your deposit is refundable minus any transaction fees.
