The Warkworth Community Sauna

A self-guided 75 minute wood fired sauna experience in the Super Much 87 sauna with access to our stock tank filled with fresh + cold well water. Essential oils and other delights provided by Sunday's Company. Capacity for these sessions is four. You can book alone with the potential to meet a new friend - or book all available spaces and bring your pals. Send us an email for larger groups. There will be chairs to relax in - and access to a change room, bathroom and fresh water.

The sauna will be hot upon your arrival!

Sauna access is priced with accessibility in mind - simply to cover our costs. If you are unable to use the sauna due to the price of the event, please send us an email.

NOTES:

• please hydrate with water and electrolytes before, during and after using the sauna
  
• Sip will provide you with a bucket of water and essential oils
• there is a change room and washroom on site
• bring your own non-glass water bottle, towel, bathing suit, sandals and speaker if you would like to tastefully play some music
• we advise against participation during pregnancy or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular/blood pressure issues or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before attending.
